Winslow's Rental Team is proud to offer apartments in 3 of our beautifully designed apartment houses. All of our developments benefit from convenient locations in Bulgaria's most sought after Mountain resort, Bansko.

Mountain Residences 1 and 2 were our first completed projects, and have been functional since last ski season 2005/2006. Our valuable experience proved to be advantageous, as it allowed us to critique our services and product.

Mountain Residence 3 will start operations this season 2006/2007. Residence 3 is located ski boot walking distance from the main gondola station, and will encompass many indoor facilities, such as, Jacuzzi, cold pool and sauna.

Mountain Residence 4 will start services in 2007. Residence 4 has a favorable location, only 300 meters from the main gondola station, and will provide indoor facilities, such as, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness centre.

Winslow's guests will enjoy short or long stays in our carefully designed apartment houses, which benefit from spacious interiors, comfortable & attractive furnishings, and well equipped kitchens.

Location and directions

The official address of Mountain Residence One and Two is 3 Panayot Hitov Street. You can easily find MR 1 and 2. Once entered Bansko through its main street Patriarch Evtimij, follow Glazne Street along the city river channel. Both buildings are on the left, opposite to Glazne Hotel. MR 3 is next to Strajite Hotel, situated only 250m from the main gondola station. Please see the map below.

Mountain Residences 1 and 2

Residences 1 & 2 are situated near the Glazne Hotel, which is only a short walking distance from the town center. Both residences consist of more than 40 apartments, which are situated on 4 floors. Many of the apartments encompass fireplace, terrace and separate bedrooms for pleasant stays for either one person or a whole family. Apartments also boast many decorative wooden features, such as, intricate designs on the terraces, hanging wooden lanterns, and wooden paneled ceilings in some of the top floor apartments. Underground parking is available for guests on request.
The outdoor area consists of a children’s playground and small common area for relaxing outdoors. The entrances can be reached easily through 2 main doors, which are fire & safety secured.

Additional Information:
Main rooms have laminated parquet and painted/latex walls, corridors and kitchen boxes are with terracotta, window panes are PVC. All apartments have boilers.

One bedroom apartments(vary from 45 to 65 sq m):
Each has a separate bedroom, living room, one bathroom and toilet. Dining space and a kitchen are all in one room. Ski storage could be at additionally appointed location.

Two bedroom apartments(vary from 70 to 100 sq m):
Have similar description plus additional separate bedroom.

Mountain residence 3

MR 3 is situated in one of the most favorable locations in Bansko, only 270 meters from the gondola station. The building consists of 41 apartments, which are designed for comfort and convenience not only during peak ski seasons, but also in the quieter summer season. Guests may indulge in the indoor facilities, such as, Jacuzzi, sauna, cold pool and lobby bar. The location provides easy access to local taverns, pubs and nightly entertainment.
The apartments are furnished with contemporary designs and a high priority on comfort. All colours match in a rhythmic and balanced harmony, with unostentatious and subtle tone combinations. There are details such as oil paintings and decorations which add to the great atmosphere and cosiness. The most admirable features in Bansko 3 are the many magnificent views towards the surrounding mountain landscape.
